Grace Cobner

Grace Cobner is a highly respected nurse and the Founder and Managing Director of Azira Aesthetics and Azira Academy.

She graduated from the University of South Wales with a First Class BSc (Hons) in Adult Nursing and is registered with the Nursing and Midwifery Council (NMC) as a Registered General Nurse (RGN). She is also an Independent Nurse Prescriber (INP), which allows her to prescribe medication safely and effectively within her clinical practice.

She began her career in the NHS, working in Critical and Intensive Care, where she gained extensive experience in patient safety and complex clinical care. In 2016, she founded Azira Aesthetics, a Healthcare Inspectorate Wales (HIW) registered clinic based in Newport, South Wales. Since its establishment, the clinic has become one of the leading providers of non-surgical aesthetic treatments in the region, earning recognition at the 2024 Safety in Beauty Awards and being listed among the Top 3 Cosmetic Clinics in Newport by Three Best Rated.

Beyond her clinical work, Grace is also Director of The Nurses Network, which she co-founded with two other nurses and successful business owners. The Nurses Network (TNN) is a collaborative platform within the aesthetics industry that aims to support and guide practitioners through the world of aesthetics, providing the mentorship and resources they wished they had at the start of their careers.

Grace is known for her patient-centred ethos, combining medical precision with aesthetic artistry while maintaining the highest standards of safety. Through both Azira Academy and The Nurses Network, she has positioned herself as both a trusted practitioner and dedicated educator, training practitioners in foundation and advanced aesthetics and fostering a supportive community across the UK aesthetics industry.
