Dermaroller
Dermaroller (also known as Genuine Dermaroller because the term came to be used generically) is the original roller microneedling device.
The needles are attached to a sterile, single-use roller that is moved over the skin’s surface, causing hundreds of tiny ‘wounds’. This triggers the body’s wound healing response and encourages it to produce new collagen and elastin. Skin becomes thicker, plumper and with signs of ageing reduced.
