Dr Wassim Taktouk MBBS DipDerm trained at Bartholomew’s and The Royal Hospital Medical School before spending a year working in A&E in Australia; he moved back to the UK and began training as a GP before going back to Urgent Care for the next ten years of his career.
 
Dr Wassim thought that he wasn’t utilising his dermatology and minor surgery experience enough, so began his career in the aesthetics world, bringing both his practical skills and creativity together to become one of the most sought-after cosmetic doctors.

Dr Wassim has a very honest approach to patients; he says it how it is and will never treat patients if he believes they don’t need the work done. He approaches patients in a sensitive and responsible way to ensure they feel comfortable and at ease at all times. He has been practising in the aesthetics industry for more than a decade and has been described as the “go-to expert on all things aesthetic”.

Dr Wassim believes that the natural look is the way forward and that enhancing what patients already have is much more impactful. He aims to maintain their natural aesthetic through subtle tweakments, which is how he achieves such clean and refreshing results.

He is the International Key Opinion Leader for Teoxane, one of the largest brands of dermal filler on the market, and regularly mentors and lectures other practitioners in its use, both in the UK and abroad.
